Spooktacular Pilot Registration

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

Attention Pilots:  We invite you to fly in and park, or camp under your aircraft for our 3^rd annual SUN ‘n FUN Family Spooktacular! From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Arrive from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, tie down your plane, add Halloween decorations, and plan to hand out candy and treats to our Trick-or-Treaters on Saturday, October 28, 2023 – starting at 4:00 pm! Pilots participating in the 5K should plan to arrive on Friday.

Aircraft Parking & Camping

• Tell the Tower you arriving for the Halloween event and will be using the west gate next Hangar D
• Aircraft parking will have restrooms and a food truck within walking distance
• There is no charge to fly your aircraft into the event and park, or camp.
• Aircraft Tie-down is required, plan to bring your own tie-down to secure your aircraft.
• Tow bar – please bring yours if you are able.
• Guest rooms are available at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Plant City, with shuttle transportation available, if pre-arranged. Call (813) 757-6202 or reserve here.

Saturday, 10/28/23         10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday, 10/28/23         after 9:00 PM

Pumpkin Dash 5K – There is also an opportunity to run or walk in our Pumpkin Dash 5K on campus Saturday morning from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM with start and finish at the Aerospace Pavilion. Pilots, please plan to arrive on Friday, October 27. Register here.
