More private pilots being produced
What do these students have in common? They are all recently certified private pilots and under the age of 18. Impressive! Congratulations to our students for receiving their wings through The Aerospace Center for Excellence’s, James C. Ray Scholarship Program.
Hunter (left) is a Senior at Central Florida Aerospace Academy (CFAA) and a member of the Lakeland Aero Club. He is planning to join the Air Force to become an F-16 pilot.
Ian (middle), is a Senior at CFAA and plans to join the Air Force.
Kathryn (right) is currently a Freshman at Florida Polytechnic University majoring in Electrical Engineering. Her plans include pursuing additional pilot ratings.
