2027 Summer Camp Registration
The Aerospace Center for Excellence has been inspiring the next generation of aerospace professionals for more than 25 years. Launched in 1999, our summer camp programs have inspired and motivated young people from around the world. ACE provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment that promotes hands-on learning while fostering excitement in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through aviation. Our summer camps are day camps that are packed with activities that engage students in all aspects of the aerospace industry.

Summer Camp Hours
Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm**
Note: Arrival/Departure times are subject to change depending on applicable field trip and flight schedules. You will be notified of these times the week before camp begins.
Friday 9:00 am – 1:15 pm
- Graduation Practice & Class Photos 11:15 am – 12:00 pm
- Graduation Ceremony 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm
- Pizza Party for Campers & Family 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm
Parents are invited to attend graduation and a pizza party with campers at the ACE Pavillion. Florida Air Museum entry is free to families of campers on Fridays.
**There are only day camp options. No overnight options available.

Financial Information
Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit per camp reservation is due at registration in order to reserve your space in camp.
Payment Plan: You may choose to pay the camp fee in full at registration or set up a monthly recurring payment via credit card. The remaining balance is due May 15, 2027. If you register after May 15, you must pay the camp fee in full at registration.
Scholarships: ACE offers need-based scholarships covering 50% of camp tuition. Please click here for more information.**
Sponsorships: If an organization or individual would like to sponsor a camper’s registration fees, either in part or in full, please email [email protected] for more information about becoming a sponsor.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Aerospace Center for Excellence at [email protected]. A full refund, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit, will be granted provided the request is received 30 days in advance of the first day of the camp’s start date. A full refund will be given for verifiable medical emergencies (e.g., doctor’s note) prior to the start of the camp week at the discretion of the Camp Director. No credit will be issued for missed days. Once you cancel the space will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Drop Off & Pick Up
On Monday only, please arrive by 8:30 am and escort your child inside the Central Florida Aerospace Academy Cafeteria to find the table labeled with the camp’s name your child is attending. Check your child in with staff, get your car sign, and submit waivers (if required). Campers will receive their t-shirts and name badges in their classroom.
Student drop off and pick up will occur at the Central Florida Aerospace Academy. Please refer to the map below. James C. Ray Drive will be closed. Cars will turn off Medulla at Gate 125 into the CFAA Parking Lot.
