Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor at the 3rd Annual SUN ‘n FUN Family Spooktacular and Pumpkin Dash 5K! This year’s event will feature trick or treating along the taxiway and in our campground, fortune telling, s’mores and food trucks, a Spooky Trail walk, Ms. Pat’s Traveling Emporium of Horror, and activities for all ages.
Exhibitor General Information, Rules, and Regulations
Exhibit Opportunities:
- Spooktacular Exhibitor: Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Campground Area (along the main path of the event), $25 plus 7% tax
- Spooktacular Exhibitor & 5K: Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Campground Area, AND, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Aerospace Pavilion for the Pumpkin Dash 5K (no tents), $40 plus 7% tax
Family Spooktacular Exhibitors will be set up near our Corn Roast area, close to the campground and along the main path of the event.
Pumpkin Dash 5K Exhibitors will be set up under our Aerospace Pavilion – the start and finish for the 5K.
Each Exhibitor is provided with a 10’x10’ space that can accommodate a 10’x10’ tent.
Exhibitors need to provide their own setup, including a tent, weights, chairs, and tables for displaying merchandise and/or promotional materials.
Exhibitors understand that they are responsible for all needed display props, including table/chairs/hanging materials, etc.
All tents MUST be anchored with weights on all legs. If a tent has no weights, you will be asked to take it down, due to liability issues.
Electric hookups are not available.
The Exhibitor spaces will be lighted after sundown.
Set Up and Break Down
SUN ‘n FUN Volunteers will be present to direct vendors to their assigned area for set-up beginning Friday, October 27, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Breakdown of booths will begin immediately after the event ends on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 9:00 PM.
Sharing
Exhibitors are NOT allowed to share booth spaces; all are welcome, but they must register for their own booth space.
Prohibited Items
Exhibitors are restricted from selling food, alcohol, live animals, or items considered to be of a dangerous or destructive nature (for example, weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, etc.). Exhibitor approval is at SUN ‘n FUN’s discretion.
Forms of Payment
All participating vendors are required to accept both cash and credit card payments, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be advised that Wi-Fi is NOT guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.
Taxes
Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting the state sales tax and filing a report with the local Department of Revenue. For any questions or more information, please contact your accountant or the local Department of Revenue; our staff is not certified to provide or answer any tax-related questions.
