Where Are They Now? – Spicy Harmon
Spicy Harmon, a James C. Ray Flight Training Scholarship recipient, recently received her Private Pilot’s License at the age of 17. After receiving the scholarship in 2022, Spicy completed flight lessons at Flight Training 101 at Winter Haven Regional Airport. Training at a local airport provided an avenue for Spicy to join their Pilot’s Association.

Lakeland Aero Club Members to Compete at the 13th FAI Junior World Gliding Championships in Poland
Lakeland Aero Club members are set to depart for Ostrow, Poland for the 13th Fédération Aéronautique Internationale Junior World Gliding Championship in Ostrow, Poland. The competition will be held July 13 through 27.
