Summer Camp Scholarships
ACE offers need-based scholarships covering 50% of camp tuition.
While awaiting a scholarship award, register your child for camp and select the scholarship payment plan. You will need to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit when you register in order to hold your reservation. ACE staff will apply the scholarship discount to your camp reservation in UltraCamp within 5 business days of the award. You are responsible for a payment of 10% of the original camp price on March 15 and April 15, with the remaining balance due May 15.
Each child in a family must apply for a scholarship separately. A scholarship award for a single child may be applied to multiple camp reservations for that child.
***Scholarship award winners are not eligible to stack other discounts with their scholarship.
Requirements for Consideration for Need-Based Scholarships:
- The camper receiving the scholarship must be under the age of 18 at the time of the award.
- Combined, family adjusted gross income of less than $75,000 in the last tax year, as evidenced by IRS Form 1040.
- Good standing with the ACE organization, particularly if you have received a previous scholarship from ACE.
Conditions of Scholarship Awards:
- Awardees must agree to scholarship terms prior to receipt of the award.
- Award determinations are not open to appeal.
- Only one application per student will be reviewed.
- Award winners will not be considered for additional scholarships until six months have passed since the previous award.
- Award winners are not eligible to stack other discounts with their scholarship.
